COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mattec Corporation MIU-TS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mgm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micromatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Metasys product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mgm such as the CFP71B2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 421505 manufactured by Micromatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Micromatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSNAE5510702 by Manufacturer Metasys as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mercoid Brand PBLT22060PU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mgi-Technologies such as 740000380 equipment made by Mgi-Technologies have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mgi-Technologies products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mgi-Technologies" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E24302C made by Micropaq as well as the popular 9810XN11FUA original spares produced by Mds Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 702833 by Max-Motosports and 740000380 spares by Mgi-Technologies are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 327225 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Max-Motosports. |
