COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Martens Elektronik EP9648-3-15-0-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micro-Controle-Klinger products, including obsoleted and phased-out Menziken parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Metropolitan-Lighting product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Controle-Klinger such as the UT100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 166382 manufactured by Menziken and we are pleased to be able to service most Menziken systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N950386 by Manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Max-Motosports Brand 998059 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Metcut such as I8268 equipment made by Metcut have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metcut products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metcut" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LTC002502A02 made by Microelettrica as well as the popular CMF025M314NU original spares produced by Micro-Motion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1EB4014 by Matrix and I8268 spares by Metcut are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3561005ND Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Measurement. |
