COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Markem Imaje 10012472 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Monitek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mts parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micro-epsilon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Monitek such as the CSG1290000A0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LHTRG00U01301V0 manufactured by Mts and we are pleased to be able to service most Mts systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OPTONCDT1800ILD180020 by Manufacturer Micro-epsilon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Namco Brand EE10010000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Microguard such as MG24AB1AUPOT equipment made by Microguard have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microguard products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microguard" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EE21030840 made by Namco as well as the popular UZL112 original spares produced by Nais Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TS1604N14 by Nachi and MG24AB1AUPOT spares by Microguard are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DL025X124SU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Motion. |
