COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Markem Imaje 10012148 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micro-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Minebea-Nmb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micropluse-Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Motion such as the DS150Z141SB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NS110A35MP7221S25 manufactured by Minebea-Nmb and we are pleased to be able to service most Minebea-Nmb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BTU5P1M1016PS82 by Manufacturer Micropluse-Balluff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Martek Brand 18024 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mercoid such as DS23335 equipment made by Mercoid have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mercoid products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mercoid" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GPM0090VD601V0 made by Mts as well as the popular WKR22120 original spares produced by Middex-Electronic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C11103500AC3907 by Mettler and DS23335 spares by Mercoid are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LIT420MAB117AC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moore. |
