COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Magne Motion Magnet parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mcgill products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marzocchi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Magnetek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mcgill such as the VCYR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GHP2AS22S1FAKAFA manufactured by Marzocchi and we are pleased to be able to service most Marzocchi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS042 by Manufacturer Magnetek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Magnetek Brand 2110081055 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magnescale such as DK812SBFLR011FT equipment made by Magnescale have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnescale products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnescale" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 313303 made by Maxon-Motor as well as the popular MEK7SA01ABG original spares produced by Mekontrol Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A1NCPUP21 by Melsec and DK812SBFLR011FT spares by Magnescale are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D65UB004252 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mazak. |
