COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Macro Sensor GHSI750 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magnescale products, including obsoleted and phased-out Meiki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mecco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnescale such as the DZ261T02 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7653100000 manufactured by Meiki and we are pleased to be able to service most Meiki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MC2000L by Manufacturer Mecco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mazak Brand MH401B2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Martens-Elektronik such as EP9648315000 equipment made by Martens-Elektronik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Martens-Elektronik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Martens-Elektronik" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4031GS4 made by Magnetek as well as the popular F3408601402 original spares produced by Marposs Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PT9420 by Measurement and EP9648315000 spares by Martens-Elektronik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GSM300605XXXBR2358RBP5XH17190 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Menge. |
