COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lundahl Instruments DST-2004 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mettler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mercury parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Merrick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mettler such as the inpro4800 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SP4800 manufactured by Mercury and we are pleased to be able to service most Mercury systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N3918870 by Manufacturer Merrick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Motorola Brand DS3578SRBU0100UR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Minco such as CT124 equipment made by Minco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Minco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Minco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MLS11 made by Micro-Switch as well as the popular MOOGNASHUAMODEL740SERVOVALVEASSY original spares produced by Moog Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TTSR0U0120AS2B12443501001 by Mts and CT124 spares by Minco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FIS08500001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microscan. |
