COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lundahl Instruments DCU-10E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Monitor-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Montronix parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Molex/woodhead product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Monitor-Technologies such as the 2264687 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TSSA1 manufactured by Montronix and we are pleased to be able to service most Montronix systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7R6A06A19A120 by Manufacturer Molex/woodhead as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mts Brand RHM0400MP021S1G2100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mts such as EPSD150MD6014D equipment made by Mts have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mts products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mts" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FIS63003009G made by Microscan as well as the popular GHS0075UD602V0 original spares produced by Mts Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RHT0210MRG01A01 by Mts and EPSD150MD6014D spares by Mts are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T2XPT104420MA842VDCVTDDWB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moore. |
