COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lumen Dynamics 806-00006 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mallory products, including obsoleted and phased-out Macurco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Migatron-Corp product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mallory such as the ZA120LAFP1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CM1 manufactured by Macurco and we are pleased to be able to service most Macurco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RPS47572 by Manufacturer Migatron-Corp as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mj-Tooling Brand SD1195 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mcro-Motion such as CMF025M321NU equipment made by Mcro-Motion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mcro-Motion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mcro-Motion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CMF010M323NRAUEZZR made by Micro-Motion as well as the popular 1160B00010RVSPF0076 original spares produced by Mks Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ANL1451A by Matsushita and CMF025M321NU spares by Mcro-Motion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SVI2AP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Masoneilan. |
