COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ls Leroy Somer CB3032 SBB3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the BLH100E20T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C6C11DB3D manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BSH1401P11A2A by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marathon Brand BVF56H17T5301BP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Limitorque such as B44V7016MVJ equipment made by Limitorque have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Limitorque products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Limitorque" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B206C21 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular C369 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CACRA5A5TF1B by Tsudakoma and B44V7016MVJ spares by Limitorque are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BK1063LDU09LA4C2AMSP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bauer. |
