COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lovejoy Electronics Vsd parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Marel products, including obsoleted and phased-out M2i-Corporation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marposs product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Marel such as the BG35 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M163L1A manufactured by M2i-Corporation and we are pleased to be able to service most M2i-Corporation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 03PL1244007 by Manufacturer Marposs as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marvelguard Brand 5799710001R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Marathon such as 145THTN17034 equipment made by Marathon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marathon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marathon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Lvis3me15G2 made by Loytec as well as the popular TS800HU original spares produced by Lsis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 118401 by Magnetic and 145THTN17034 spares by Marathon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SD8123 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mj-Tooling. |
