COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lintech , Thomson Linear , Thk SPB10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Man-Bw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lutez parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 M2i-Corporation product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Man-Bw such as the 0150B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 743111 manufactured by Lutez and we are pleased to be able to service most Lutez systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XT0P0510 by Manufacturer M2i-Corporation as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marsilli Brand EPSPTP200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lw-Scientific such as ICL030LD101 equipment made by Lw-Scientific have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lw-Scientific products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lw-Scientific" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C358 made by Marathon as well as the popular LSLV0150S1002 original spares produced by Lsis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRVGU7P5 by Magnatek and ICL030LD101 spares by Lw-Scientific are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCR1820 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Load-Controls. |
