COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Link Belt Rexnord PB22439H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marathon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Magnetek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ls such as the APMSA01ACN8G2PE050 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CVK184TTD7322EVE manufactured by Marathon and we are pleased to be able to service most Marathon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JF1G040N by Manufacturer Magnetek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Linmot Brand E1030DP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magnescale such as DK25PR5 equipment made by Magnescale have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnescale products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnescale" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GPD503DS304 made by Magnetek as well as the popular WBL original spares produced by Lw-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1370000200 by Lsis and DK25PR5 spares by Magnescale are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VF1406V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lust. |
