COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Link Belt 297Z 2 D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Martin products, including obsoleted and phased-out Love-Joy parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Magpower product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Martin such as the 100SF15H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 18043 manufactured by Love-Joy and we are pleased to be able to service most Love-Joy systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSB1590V by Manufacturer Magpower as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Martin Brand 80BTB212517 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Martin such as D60SDS22H equipment made by Martin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Martin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Martin" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2211528 made by Lobo-/-Precission-Mold--Tool as well as the popular 297Z2D original spares produced by Link-Belt Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 69790493416 by Love-Joy and D60SDS22H spares by Martin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 48V2480M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Martin. |
