COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Limo/oriental ESMC-C2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sauter products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pmc-133 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Moog product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sauter such as the AR30W23 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PMC133 manufactured by Pmc-133 and we are pleased to be able to service most Pmc-133 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS2000XP by Manufacturer Moog as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand OBA17051 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rotac such as 662VOIL equipment made by Rotac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rotac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rotac" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PY2B050C62S8P01 made by Sanyo as well as the popular 18D220I original spares produced by Payne Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FRS5400 by Mitsubishi and 662VOIL spares by Rotac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSD5A3P1EA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Panasonic. |
