COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leroy Somer SP1404 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leuze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Liquid-Solids-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lumina product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leuze such as the R72 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1K20170445 manufactured by Liquid-Solids-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Liquid-Solids-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CCPF200025P by Manufacturer Lumina as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leuze Brand CRT301050H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Litton such as 8003362112 equipment made by Litton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Litton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Litton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LSLV075S1004E0FNS made by Ls as well as the popular FP16N7 original spares produced by Luvata Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BC1200 by Lust and 8003362112 spares by Litton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CK59H10000ZCU415RL2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lika. |
