COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leroy Somer FMV parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Linmot products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lightnin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Louis-Allis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Linmot such as the 01501736 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 35S705008461 manufactured by Lightnin and we are pleased to be able to service most Lightnin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A44010C0020000 by Manufacturer Louis-Allis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Liberty Brand 7810 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leuze such as SLS78M equipment made by Leuze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leuze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leuze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 46S167430 made by Louis-Allis-Litton as well as the popular ICL010LD032 original spares produced by Lw-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC5000 by Macbasic and SLS78M spares by Leuze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1811200150 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magna. |
