COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leroy Somer 56CZ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kendrion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Valeo-Entstoert parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Magnetek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kendrion such as the 4192613B01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4029011020239XSBD27067361 manufactured by Valeo-Entstoert and we are pleased to be able to service most Valeo-Entstoert systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3VZ132M4 by Manufacturer Magnetek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Teco Brand 3A213C4002M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as 35P123Z290 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4FS020SL4ZVA2NX made by Toshiba as well as the popular 40013901262WLQM2A50AB1 original spares produced by Falk-Omnibox Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 48Y6BFPP by Bosch and 35P123Z290 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 38451110020 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grundfos. |
