COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leroy Somer 5001005 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Limitorque products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leroy-Somer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Link-Belt product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Limitorque such as the 6057300672 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the COD2UMV manufactured by Leroy-Somer and we are pleased to be able to service most Leroy-Somer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 42436 by Manufacturer Link-Belt as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ls Brand MC630AAC200240V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leuze such as CR30600BH5 equipment made by Leuze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leuze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leuze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C1250IPXC1S000 made by Linmot as well as the popular PC2 original spares produced by Macroni-Fore Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 240C9 by Mag-con and CR30600BH5 spares by Leuze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CK59H10000ZCU415RL2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lika. |
