COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leroy Somer 22BY58 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Louis-allis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leuze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ls such as the MC500AAC10017V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 46S20410011 manufactured by Louis-allis and we are pleased to be able to service most Louis-allis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SD4R20 by Manufacturer Leuze as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lintech-,-Thomson-Linear-,-Thk Brand SPB10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ls such as XP80TTADC equipment made by Ls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 01284992201001 made by Lingl as well as the popular FMV110812M original spares produced by Leroy-Somer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Travel6 by Linear-Positioning-Table and XP80TTADC spares by Ls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CDA32008C30 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lust. |
