COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lear Romec / Crane Co. RD34148 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Link-Belt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Martin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Link-Belt product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Link-Belt such as the 411Z5E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3B80SK manufactured by Martin and we are pleased to be able to service most Martin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RC35 by Manufacturer Link-Belt as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lord-Corporation Brand CBB4529 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mannesmann such as DO5B301 equipment made by Mannesmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mannesmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mannesmann" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8018 made by Martin as well as the popular RMS14 original spares produced by Marland Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the W826527600 by Leeson and DO5B301 spares by Mannesmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S0633531No14413761 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mannesmann. |
