COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lantech Inc Membrane parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Phoenix-Contact products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Phoenix-Contact such as the OPC5315007AB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NT631CST152EV2 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QPLCTDE0000A by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Federal-Pioneer Brand MGFR200ZB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Per-Face such as PS3711AXPE2GGira01 equipment made by Per-Face have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Per-Face products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Per-Face" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P1150675RCRC made by Axiomtek as well as the popular PM550200 original spares produced by Texas-Instruments Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QPM3D200B2PA by Fanuc and PS3711AXPE2GGira01 spares by Per-Face are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PS3650TACM135MXM40 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface. |
