COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kyoto Denkiki LSC-C20A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Automated-Logic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Digital parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Automated-Logic such as the M4106P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MRV11D manufactured by Digital and we are pleased to be able to service most Digital systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC093C0FS2C110A0S005 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Control-Techniques Brand MGE4120CBNS0000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as MAC090B0PD4C110R0W1520LVS001 equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M10169491 made by Giddings--Lewis as well as the popular MO50318 original spares produced by Control-Techniques Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the m1103se by Ac-Tech and MAC090B0PD4C110R0W1520LVS001 spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MEF36800LSG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
