COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kulicke And Soffa 00780-1511-000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leuze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Manostar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mhc--S product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leuze such as the CR30150S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS65LMLK50300D manufactured by Manostar and we are pleased to be able to service most Manostar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SBM30100 by Manufacturer Mhc--S as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leuze Brand LS72SE3000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Marcel-Aubert such as CH2501 equipment made by Marcel-Aubert have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marcel-Aubert products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marcel-Aubert" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CMF010M313NQBUEZZZ made by Micro-Motion as well as the popular 0805223322 original spares produced by Magnetrol Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10282888 by Liebert and CH2501 spares by Marcel-Aubert are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 234633 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mettler. |
