COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kop Flex 3w eb sleeve parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kop-Flex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lufkin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lightnin product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kop-Flex such as the SIZE3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D440C manufactured by Lufkin and we are pleased to be able to service most Lufkin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 917MDSE522X0B7 by Manufacturer Lightnin as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lovato Brand BF1801 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Martin such as 120B18 equipment made by Martin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Martin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Martin" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1967124 made by Kop-Flex as well as the popular SD7678 original spares produced by Mj-Tooling Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NU317RC3FY by Koyo and 120B18 spares by Martin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S0633531No14413761 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mannesmann. |
