COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Knorr Bremse STN2507 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Krones products, including obsoleted and phased-out Koganei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kuka product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Krones such as the 5PP521117000704 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SHM41MMS manufactured by Koganei and we are pleased to be able to service most Koganei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E93DA552I4B531XX2A22 by Manufacturer Kuka as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kobold Brand NKP2401 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kubat-Mechanik such as KF383200 equipment made by Kubat-Mechanik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kubat-Mechanik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kubat-Mechanik" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SMS308AK11 made by Komax as well as the popular RC23 original spares produced by Ledex-Datametrics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MTM15DK2 by Komori and KF383200 spares by Kubat-Mechanik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 21021K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lebow. |
