COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kistler Morse LD3xi-3-550-x parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Krones products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kla-tencor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Klockner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Krones such as the 2098820560 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0026346000 manufactured by Kla-tencor and we are pleased to be able to service most Kla-tencor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DILM11522 by Manufacturer Klockner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Koganei Brand MRSP20X400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kyowa such as AS10B equipment made by Kyowa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kyowa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kyowa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MC20 made by Koso as well as the popular M10169329 original spares produced by Kollmorgen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AKM22GBSC2202 by Kollmorgen and AS10B spares by Kyowa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GY2010DS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kuroda. |
