COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kistler Morse C1-1-15K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kuroda-Precision-Industries products, including obsoleted and phased-out L-Ft.-O parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Labnet product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kuroda-Precision-Industries such as the GZ2505ZSZAPR755X0492C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCO004V4 manufactured by L-Ft.-O and we are pleased to be able to service most L-Ft.-O systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D0420 by Manufacturer Labnet as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kuka Brand ESCC13 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Koden such as KGP920 equipment made by Koden have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Koden products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Koden" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DY1431Z00500 made by Kosmek as well as the popular UZ80 original spares produced by Klinger-Port Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 63X100FA1S by Kyoho-Machine and KGP920 spares by Koden are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GC56LC2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Koyo. |
