COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kingston Laboratories Inc. 4000A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Klockner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kme product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Klockner such as the EM4201DX1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 420XL500 manufactured by Kis and we are pleased to be able to service most Kis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ML104QT004 by Manufacturer Kme as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kuka Brand E93DA552I4B531XX4B23 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kokusai such as CX2402 equipment made by Kokusai have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kokusai products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kokusai" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R4X104B18PRBSEALB14X made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular 1515C7M original spares produced by Kuroda Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DA0852 by Koyo and CX2402 spares by Kokusai are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 69334040 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kuka. |
