COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kin Tek Laboratories SP261-L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vibro-Meter parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eupec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nachi such as the UM801B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VM600CSA manufactured by Vibro-Meter and we are pleased to be able to service most Vibro-Meter systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T640N18TOF by Manufacturer Eupec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand USAMED09BS2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Precision-Industries such as UC32SCA equipment made by Precision-Industries have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Precision-Industries products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Precision-Industries" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TSX1713428 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular TMP1700 original spares produced by Telesis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TM400DZM by Mitsubishi and UC32SCA spares by Precision-Industries are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TRDN2000RZW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Koyo. |
