COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kearney Trecker 810-20696-06 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Xycom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weldotron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Xycom such as the 946051338TFTTF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8221A2 manufactured by Weldotron and we are pleased to be able to service most Weldotron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A97L0218028270F105 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Asea Brand AAD6301V4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as BSC3007705 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BIPC30006402 made by Benshaw as well as the popular A16B22030292 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8536SF01V02 by Square-D and BSC3007705 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 953ETH21961 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asi-Datamyte. |
