COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the K Tron 2905-30427 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Texas-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pasan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asea product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Texas-Instruments such as the 31337002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 400008M1 manufactured by Pasan and we are pleased to be able to service most Pasan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3HAA2400002 by Manufacturer Asea as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 4100214RAL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Xycom such as 3512A1A114103500S equipment made by Xycom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Xycom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Xycom" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 40PB3204A made by Bailey as well as the popular 3RA2008U original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3FR4042 by Reliance-Electric and 3512A1A114103500S spares by Xycom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2MBI150LB060 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji. |
