COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Joslyn Cark C18TA31603-T46 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kemkraft-Engineering parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Jumo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the 506321028 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KEI850A manufactured by Kemkraft-Engineering and we are pleased to be able to service most Kemkraft-Engineering systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PDAe48m by Manufacturer Jumo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keb Brand 10C6AF14505 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kelley such as 149136 equipment made by Kelley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kelley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kelley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 16F4C1G4001 made by Keb as well as the popular 30397212 original spares produced by Kannetsu Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BL1301 by Keyence and 149136 spares by Kelley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4088 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kadant. |
