COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Johnson Controls VFD66JCB-1C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Melec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Johnson-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the DS318 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KP13142C873 manufactured by Melec and we are pleased to be able to service most Melec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VS060410AL0000 by Manufacturer Johnson-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kollmorgen Brand SBD216110129370AA216016 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as CR10250 equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 174567 made by Leeson as well as the popular SBD216110129370AD212016 original spares produced by Kollmorgen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 92064TYPEL1 by Louis-Allis and CR10250 spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 80121C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Masoneilan. |
