COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Japan Servo EW32EAG parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Jtekt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Johnson-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Jordan-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Jtekt such as the TXU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9321097 manufactured by Johnson-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Johnson-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MV1140 by Manufacturer Jordan-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keb Brand 07F02201278 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kb such as Y6497 equipment made by Kb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 12U0400222RevB made by Kardex as well as the popular 07F5CBBYA0010E5T60A071 original spares produced by Keb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 508171349 by Kawasaki and Y6497 spares by Kb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 07F5B1BLB0A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keb. |
