COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Itw Dynatec EVC-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toyoda products, including obsoleted and phased-out North-American parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Abb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyoda such as the FL9A8H6PCBIO02MP147BPCB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H6600BFR01 manufactured by North-American and we are pleased to be able to service most North-American systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature INSEM01 by Manufacturer Abb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Danfoss Brand FC102P7K5T2P21H2XGXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micafil such as HLF579251R1 equipment made by Micafil have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micafil products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micafil" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FFSB14ER08KS2 made by Microswitch as well as the popular IC754CSF15CTD original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC660BBA020 by Fanuc and HLF579251R1 spares by Micafil are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HTC00501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Htc005/01. |
