COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Isoflux Servomotors 544.4.25.96/13 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 34L088X269C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4DB56A4 manufactured by Abm and we are pleased to be able to service most Abm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4106220870 by Manufacturer Nachi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Graham-Transmission Brand 302FM1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Denso such as 410622009103T19 equipment made by Denso have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Denso products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Denso" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 326T made by Imperial as well as the popular 37J637T853G1 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4230170580 by Atlas-Copco and 410622009103T19 spares by Denso are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4230190280BSM2590R25 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Atlas-Copco. |
