COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Iron Man TXMQ2-4-140 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Boston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Industrial-Drive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Van-Der-Graaf product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Boston such as the SRF718V40NB5J spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TT295303058A manufactured by Industrial-Drive and we are pleased to be able to service most Industrial-Drive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TM100B25616 by Manufacturer Van-Der-Graaf as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGMGV20ADA6C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tamagawa such as TS3409N206 equipment made by Tamagawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tamagawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tamagawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SM23165MTPGA made by Moog as well as the popular SGMS15ASA original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SP100MF228121 by Alpha and TS3409N206 spares by Tamagawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TTB229363020AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Inland. |
