COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Iroman Gear GR8180135.00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Isi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Johnson-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Jae-Japan-Aviation-Electronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Isi such as the PC014E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VA7200 manufactured by Johnson-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Johnson-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ACCXRC by Manufacturer Jae-Japan-Aviation-Electronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ironman Brand GRBMQ824100L140 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Jlem such as PE1254T02 equipment made by Jlem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jlem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jlem" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 27BM08ABBE20 made by Kawasaki as well as the popular 11049 original spares produced by Johnson-Service Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JD3250KW by Ite and PE1254T02 spares by Jlem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FJ3S225 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ite. |
