COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Iq Automation FK150SHILMASG parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Jumo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jancd-cpii parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ironman product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Jumo such as the 202723888000000000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DF820378 manufactured by Jancd-cpii and we are pleased to be able to service most Jancd-cpii systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GRGTMQ82660R56 by Manufacturer Ironman as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Jlem Brand PE404T12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Itoh-Denki such as PM486FS5328D024 equipment made by Itoh-Denki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Itoh-Denki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Itoh-Denki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 286201198911 made by Japan as well as the popular J1234 original spares produced by John-Crane Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 506070039 by Kawasaki and PM486FS5328D024 spares by Itoh-Denki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T30U033 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Joslyn-Clark. |
