COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Invertek Optidrive ODP-2-24050-3HF42-SN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Jamesbury products, including obsoleted and phased-out Itt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Johannes-Heidenhain product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Jamesbury such as the QP2C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 185948101PAK manufactured by Itt and we are pleased to be able to service most Itt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ROD1424002900K1 by Manufacturer Johannes-Heidenhain as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Jlem Brand PE302T01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Jenaer-Antriebstechnik such as 54AA000000 equipment made by Jenaer-Antriebstechnik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jenaer-Antriebstechnik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jenaer-Antriebstechnik" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 43520100465 made by Itt as well as the popular IOP800 original spares produced by I-tech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5641RDBDAB by Ite and 54AA000000 spares by Jenaer-Antriebstechnik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MD304 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kamo-Seiko. |
