COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Intelligent Motion Systems MD03FSD34A7 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Perske products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lenze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Perske such as the LF64C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC90B0JD2C110A0 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MCA19835RS0P1 by Manufacturer Lenze as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC090C0GD4C110A2WI520LVS018 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Honeywell such as M6285A1013 equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M111FD12 made by Superior as well as the popular LM23725CCN6G1 original spares produced by Lincoln Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCS06I41RS0B0Z0C0ST5S00NR0SU by Lenze and M6285A1013 spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M13021190 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Giddings--Lewis. |
