COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Intelligent Motion Systems IM483I parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Jokab products, including obsoleted and phased-out Joining-Solutions parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Jetter product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Jokab such as the 1211037 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JSI103 manufactured by Joining-Solutions and we are pleased to be able to service most Joining-Solutions systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JL30130263RVPF2 by Manufacturer Jetter as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Jlem Brand PE406T01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Jamesbury such as P1500 equipment made by Jamesbury have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jamesbury products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jamesbury" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VSM1 made by Jin-Shin as well as the popular MV77UO34A50 original spares produced by Joslyn-Clark Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 102010401050 by Internal-Fipway and P1500 spares by Jamesbury are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T50UO0S2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Joslyn-Clark. |
