COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Intelligent Motion Systems, Inc. MDI4MRQ17A7-EQ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Asea products, including obsoleted and phased-out Giddings--Lewis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gettys product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Asea such as the MBL112M4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M13021168 manufactured by Giddings--Lewis and we are pleased to be able to service most Giddings--Lewis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M321SM0AR0CC by Manufacturer Gettys as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand MAC071C0GS4C095B0WI522LVS001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as MAC071B0PS2C095A0S047 equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC112D0ED1B130A0I1250S05 made by Indramat as well as the popular M091LF06C5006 original spares produced by Superior Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAD160C by Rexroth and MAC071B0PS2C095A0S047 spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M337SN0AR0CC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
