COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Innovative Intergration M62 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Intercolor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Jae-Japan-Aviation-Electronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ite such as the 5640 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 140037010 manufactured by Intercolor and we are pleased to be able to service most Intercolor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ACCYLF by Manufacturer Jae-Japan-Aviation-Electronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Joslyn-Clark Brand 77U035 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Jbt-Corporation such as 3110052074 equipment made by Jbt-Corporation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jbt-Corporation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jbt-Corporation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LDM42 made by Jenoptik as well as the popular EMT2003R61 original spares produced by Itd-Automation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PE2004T01 by Jlem and 3110052074 spares by Jbt-Corporation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AH100C10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jet. |
