COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial Gold DCI1023E120H-P-480 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Isel-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Infinity-Precision parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Johannes-Heidenhain product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Isel-Automation such as the HL31SBM50104005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 107870 manufactured by Infinity-Precision and we are pleased to be able to service most Infinity-Precision systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ROD1424002900K1 by Manufacturer Johannes-Heidenhain as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Industrial-Gold Brand IG73E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Intek-Products such as B8037 equipment made by Intek-Products have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intek-Products products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intek-Products" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GRBMQ824100L140 made by Ironman as well as the popular SGS3D original spares produced by Isra-Vision Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A075021000700 by Is-Steinsohn and B8037 spares by Intek-Products are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EMT2003R61 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Itd-Automation. |
