COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial Gold CI51E61V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ion products, including obsoleted and phased-out J-kem-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Infineon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ion such as the ION515 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OHSDSC manufactured by J-kem-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most J-kem-Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FZ2400R12HE4 by Manufacturer Infineon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Industrial-Indexing-Systems Brand EN365014 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Integral-Solutions-Int-Ft.-L such as 112620 equipment made by Integral-Solutions-Int-Ft.-L have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Integral-Solutions-Int-Ft.-L products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Integral-Solutions-Int-Ft.-L" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MSC100 made by Industrial-Indexing-Systems as well as the popular ANAQKGBBA1090 original spares produced by Ingersoll-Rand-Aro Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2110181055 by Jefferson-Electric and 112620 spares by Integral-Solutions-Int-Ft.-L are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1500AZB200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Interface. |
