COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial Drives TTB1-2953-3002-D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lincoln product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGMSV30A3A6E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T56H1034VRS manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SRF4S075TCN61 by Manufacturer Lincoln as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGMPH01ANAYR11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Shin-myung-Helical-Worm such as SMW25 equipment made by Shin-myung-Helical-Worm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shin-myung-Helical-Worm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shin-myung-Helical-Worm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TT29533076T made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular SGMPH15AAE4ED original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMRS13A2AYR11 by Yaskawa and SMW25 spares by Shin-myung-Helical-Worm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SK90L4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nord. |
