COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial Devices RH105A-12-mf2-nc parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ircon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jetter parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Industrial-Gold product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ircon such as the 622F15 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DIMA4ES8 manufactured by Jetter and we are pleased to be able to service most Jetter systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CI51E63V by Manufacturer Industrial-Gold as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Integral-Solutions-Int-Ft.-L Brand 112620 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Initeq such as HGR20R equipment made by Initeq have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Initeq products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Initeq" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 459R made by Integral-Vision as well as the popular FZ2400R12KE3B9 original spares produced by Infineon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D2600055 by Inex and HGR20R spares by Initeq are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5642 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ite. |
