COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial Devices NEXTSTEP-240-LRES parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Innovative-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Industrial-Devices parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ird product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Innovative-Technology such as the P480NNZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R4S33N101B36PRASM manufactured by Industrial-Devices and we are pleased to be able to service most Industrial-Devices systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E0712 by Manufacturer Ird as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Intergraph Brand 5175269020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ite such as 5641 equipment made by Ite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ite" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VPVL400 made by Jamesbury as well as the popular 6ES72720AA200YAD original spares produced by Industrial-Innovations Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 76580A1001 by Itw and 5641 spares by Ite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G900011461B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ipiranga. |
